Our People

The most important asset we have are our people. We employ some of the most experienced engineers in the business (some of them have over 20 years blades production experience). They are all committed to provide the best quality and service in the business.

Our people are kept up-to- date through education and relevant courses, but certainly also by working together with our customers and suppliers.

MANAGING DIRECTOR: Marc Gudden
During my graduation project at an aluminum extrusion company, as part of my MBA education, I developed a preference for the manufacturing industry.

After several years in technical projects and abrasives, I entered the world of metal machine knives in 2006. From the year 2021, I am proud to be part of Vickers Blades BV, a state- of-the-art blade making company using the hardest metal there is to manufacture.
