These blades are made for several markets; packaging, graphics, composites and technical textiles and leather. Zund blades come in an extensive range with different shapes and are made to cut different materials and fabrics:
Packaging; corrugated carboard, foam, other system packing.
Composites and technical textiles Fibers include; Glass fiber, Aramid fiber, Carbon fiber, foam, cardboard- and aluminum structures. Amongst materials to be cut are; Syntetic materials, (PE, PP, PVC, PUR), Metal foils (aluminum- and copper foil, stretch fabrics (Elastane, Spacer, Spandex), Foam (Polystyrene, Polyurethane, Polypropylene), filter materials (felt, synthetics, carbon paper) and gasket materials (paper, graphite, rubber, silicone, cork).
Graphics; flexible materials like, textiles and vinyl.
Leather; manufacturing of shoes, clothing, (car) furniture etc.
